LDS Data Assistant

 

A new opportunity has arisen for a well-organised and self-motivated LDS Data Assistant to join our busy LDS Team.

 

The successful post holder will be required to be a good team-player, with good communication skills and have experience of inputting large volumes of data efficiently and accurately.

 

Having worked in a similar role you will already have experience of managing your workload effectively and have good customer focus skills with the ability to use initiative and problem solve.

 

You will ideally have experience of working within a similar role and be a self-starter with a clear focus to produce high quality work. You must also be reliable and able to work on your own initiative and manage a multi-task workload. you will need to ensure you build effective relationships with our campus and curriculum managers.

 

To be considered for this role you must have knowledge and experience of databases, IT packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel are essential. Previous experience of working in an educational setting would be desirable.

 

This is a full time (1.0FTE) post working 35 hours per week working across both Lewisham College and Southwark College.

Interviews will take place on 9 January 2025.
